Lovely guest house recently taken over by Bruce + Pam who gave us a warm welcome. We have stayed here 3 times before under previous owners + keep coming back. It boasts great views of the loch + is a short walk from the centre of the town. Lovely comfortable rooms + delicious breakfast with plenty of choice on offer. Ample off road car parking, hospitality tray great shower + lovely warm rooms. Can't honestly find anything negative this place. All the best to Pam +Bruce + thanks for a lovely weekend.😀
Picture perfect with great hospitality. Bruce waited for us to arrive and made great recommendation for dinner and drinks. Great views from bedroom window! Breakfast was delightful. Inveraray was our first stop after landing late in Glasgow and we only regret not staying an extra day.
“Great base for exploring the area”
We have just returned from a 2 night break in Newton Hall, Inveraray, and are more than happy to recommend it as a base for touring this beautiful area. . The level of comfort and attention to detail is impressive. Situated on the banks of Loch Fyne, the outlook is stunning.
The great breakfast provided is enough to keep you going all day until, in the evening, a 2 minute walk into town offers a number of good restaurants to choose from.
“Wonderful overnight stay”
Pam and Bruce McFarlane have recently taken over this lovely Guest House on the shore of Loch Fyne at the edge of the town of Inveraray. We had a warm welcome, beautifully furnished, clean and spacious rooms and a wonderful breakfast. The view from the breakfast room is stunning and it is a short walk in to the historic town.
Seven years ago Newton Hall underwent major restoration and refurbishment, and provides luxury accommodation to complement its prime, stunning location on the edge of Loch Fyne.
Our six bedrooms and en-suites are individually and beautifully furnished and decorated with particular care taken to reflect the original features of the Victorian church whilst reflecting the more contemporary feel to some of the converted rooms.
We are minutes walking distance from Inveraray town centre which is one of the prettiest and most interesting towns on the west coast of Scotland and makes a perfect base for exploring this magical part of the country.
Bruce and Pam look forward to welcoming you to Newton Hall in the Royal Burgh of Inveraray on the shores of Loch Fyne.
